This was a solid lock and the quality is really good. Super happy with it plus it came with some reusable tactical earplugs. Worth every penny.

Locks for gun case
The locks did not fit rhetorical gun box they were recommended for on Amazon. I had to drill out the holes on the case and remove the rubber coverings pn the locks to get them to fit.

Gotta lock the box!
These locks are perfect when transporting a hard case to the gun range. They can be used to lock pretty much anything, but they are perfect for this use.

Good
Used to lock a gun case for airline baggage. Worked well. TSA approved.

Not super
As for the lock itself it is good and seams well made however you, your mother and everyone else can buy a key to access your firearm case right here on Amazon. The real issue is the airport staff who are known for stealing items also have this key and use them. I will take a chance and see if my guns are stolen just to avoid the possibility of missing my fight because the TSA will cut regular locks off then tell you your firearm is not secured.
