Great for locking my gun cases
Easy to set custom code, these fit perfectly onto my gun cases, keeping them secure when not I the safest

Quality Product Well Worth the Price
First time to purchase a gun case lock of this type. I am impressed with the quality of the product. Only shortfall was the gun case I am using would not accept the lock without having to take of the high quality rubber lock and pin housing off first. The reason for this was the small space between the lock and built in gun case.

Cheap company charges way more than postage for return.
Easy code set. Strong shank. Shank too short to fit latch on my pistol case. Company quick to respond to my inquiry before I purchased the lock. Company charges about 20% of purchase price for returns.

Duplicitous product name. These are not TSA approved.
If you are looking for a lock for your gun case to get through TSA, this is NOT what you want. Why? Because TSA can use their keys to unlock this. This is deemed a security hazard. Your gun case will not go through TSA. I know this because I tried in December 2023. What you actually want are appropriately-sized padlocks with a key. I know this because I took my gun case out to my car, slapped on some padlocks and then the gun case went through TSA. Then these phony locks went into the garbage.

Going to work perfect

Not terrible, but not great either.
Gave this as a gift to my son to lock up his pistol and magazines in his Apache 4800 case. I was disappointed with how shallow the shaft goes down to the locked position. Doesn't feel ultra-secure.
